If you get stuck in side control…you need these videos! I got this because I have trouble in bottom side control. It helped and continues to help me many months after buying it. Learning a couple “head side” escapes really helped my basic leg side recovery rates and vice versa. I never heard of Ante when I bought this but he is an awesome teacher with great technique. I was able to apply his teachings with success right after watching.
