Surviving Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Positional Escapes

When you first begin studying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu it can often feel like a victory if you just reduce the number of times you’ve been submitted in one training session from the previous training session. And we often focus on submission escapes, which can be fruitful, but is a little short sighted if not paired with studying positional escapes as well. In this volume we will cover escaping some of the most dangerous positions in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. So that we cannot just escape a submission but still remain on the defensive but rather turn the tables on our opponents and be in a position to begin counter attacking.
